Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how subscription billing and refunds work for Quarry (quarry.ink).

1. Free Trial

Where a free trial is offered, you can evaluate the Service before being charged. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your paid subscription begins automatically.

2. Subscription Fees Are Non-Refundable

Subscription fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial periods, unused time, or features you did not use.

3. Cancelling Your Subscription

You can cancel at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid period, after which it will not renew.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

If you were charged in error, such as a duplicate charge or a verifiable technical fault on our side, contact us and we will review your case and correct genuine billing errors.

5. Payments to Artists

Purchases made through a site owner's catalog are transactions between you and that site owner, processed via Stripe. Refunds for those purchases are handled by the site owner, not by Quarry.
